This guide provides information about using the Rapid Data online web site.

If this is your first visit to our site, this guide will help you find the information you are looking for - or you can view our site map for an index of the entire site.  If you do not find the answer to your question within this guide, or if the question does not pertain to the usage of our site please, visit the contact page for information on how to reach us.


Browser and Monitor Support
Browser:  The Rapid Data web site supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x & above and Netscape Navigator 5.x & above.  If you are using earlier versions of these web browsers, you may need to obtain a new version to fully access our site.  Use the following links to download a more recent version of your browser.
Display:  For the best user experience it is recommended that your display settings be set to a minimum resolution of:
  • at least 800 pixels by 600 pixels
This will allow you to view the entire site without having to scroll horizontally to view the pages.  Any size monitor may be used to view this site


Using this Site
Left Navigation Bar:  The left side of each page contains a gray navigation bar that categorizes the relevant areas of our site.  When the mouse cursor is placed over an active item on the navigation bar that item will become highlighted, indicating that you can move to that section of the site - simply click-on a highlighted item to display the desired page.  When there are sub-items within a section of the site, they will be added to the navigation bar when the section is displayed.

Quick-Link Boxes:  The right side of each page will contain a series of blue and grey quick-link boxes that provide fast navigation to specific topics within the current page.  When the mouse cursor is placed over an active link the text color will change to indicate that you can jump to that specific topic.  Simply click-on the colored text to quickly move to that portion of the page.

Navigation Trail:  The grey status bar at the top of each page contains the site navigation trail.  This navigation trail is constantly updated to keep you informed about where you are within the site; and it provides easy access back to previously visited pages.  To return to a previous page, simply click-on the desired item within the trail.

Rapid Data provides a number of payroll service solutions for organizations of any size.  These payroll services can be found in the Services section of the grey navigation bar on the left side of each page.  Simply click-on one of the active items within this section to display a page detailing the features of that specific service.
